- Greetings! This is Daesik Kim, CEO of DST Co., Ltd.
- DST declares to fulfill its social responsibilities for respecting the human rights of its executives and staff, customers, stakeholders, and communities by actively practicing human rights management that sets importance on the dignity and value of man.
- DST will respect and support values, such as human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, presented by international standards and norms for practicing human rights management and vigorously strive to put them into action.
- DST will exert utmost effort not to have any incidents of human rights violation in all business operation processes that exchange indirect and direct influences with us. We will structure a governance system that regularly connects the board of directors, chief officer of ESG, and related organizations and enact and implement regulations on human rights management practice prescribed in detail concerning the establishment of human rights management policies, operation of the human rights management committee, human rights impact assessment, relief measures for human rights violation, and so forth.
- Particularly, taking into account the characteristics of its industry type, DST perceives the safety and health issues of the staff (including the staff of partners) taking place in the place of business , responsible supply chain management, impacts on the environment and communities, etc. as key human rights issues. For these issues, we will manage and monitor human rights risks as priority.
- DST will take the initiative in strengthening human rights management to have its human rights policies applied to and complied with not only by its executives and staff but also all stakeholders including customers, stockholders, business partners, communities, and the government.
